The Bikini Cocktail

Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
A few cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Method
For the Syrup: Place the listed items into a saucepan, bring to a light boil, mixing so the sugar melts. After that, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature completely. Transfer into a clean bottle, cap it keeping it chilled, it will last for about a month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix all the liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then filter it best through cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Add 85ml from the batch mix to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Pour into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with a few cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
