The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified boxing king Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
